Call me oldfashioned but I am not a fan of the use of "impact" as a verb in English. Particularly as a transitive verb as in this instance. "To impact consumers" sounds wrong to me. To "have" or "make an impact on" sounds a lot better to my UK English ears at least. You could say "a wide range of opportunities to create an impact on consumers with advertising"
