| excellent physical demeanor, sense of pride in the company, sense of company pride
Explanation: you could also use "sense of company LOYALTY," but somehow that sounds 'scarier,' you know? A person could read 'loyalty' and think, 'oh god, they want me to stay there for the rest of my life if i go work for them.
I am very wary of how to translate "excelente presencia." I know that it means the person should LOOK GOOD, but in the US you would get sued over something like that.
Therefore, I propose 'demeanor.' OR MAYBE: Attention to personal appearance.
As in, maybe you weren't born with a great appearance, but at least you take great care of what you've got.
