Uno de los aspectos más importantes de la Política Exterior del Estado Peruano es la consolidación del rol político - económico que nuestro país puede desempeñar en el espacio central sudamericano, a cuyo efecto, constituye una prioridad la identificación y el establecimiento del Perú como centro de conexiones (hub) de Sudamérica.
