Dentro del mismo tema señalado anteriormente (LIBERALIZATION OF INTERNATIONAL AIR TRANSPORTATION) he traducido el subtítulo presentado allà arriba como "Experiences and fears of liberalization ". Alguna sugerencia??

I think that this would be the most natural way to put it, in English. Since it is a title, you might want to omit the part within brackets, since it would certainly be understood, in the context of the paper.

A more literal "fears" would, I think, sound very odd here....
