Sigo traduciendo el primer Plan Intermodal de Transportes del Perú. ¿Me pueden dar una sugerencia con respecto a la traducción de la frase señalada anteriormente?
Les doy el contexto:

Los proyectos relacionados con el control de las aeronaves en el espacio aéreo de un aeropuerto, específicamente la construcción de torres de control de tráfico aéreo, promueven la operación segura de las aeronaves en los alrededores de los aeropuertos. Aunque estos proyectos están relacionados con el control de la seguridad de las aeronaves, son de baja prioridad en contraste con los proyectos de seguridad/ protección donde los niveles de actividad ameritan su construcción en aeropuertos específicos.

A continuación les doy mi versión traducida:

Projects relating to aircraft control in an airport air space, particularly, the construction of air traffic control towers, promote aircraft safe operations in airports’ surroundings. Although these projects refer to aircraft safety control, they are not as important as airport safety/security projects where operation levels are high so as to be implemented in specific airports.

Lo de construcción en la oración parece referirse a la construcción de torres, por eso puse their. Si parece que no queda claro lo que es their construction podrías decir the construction of towers dentro de la frase o entre paréntesis.
