the "autoas" part is probably "autoaspirante", meaning self-priming, but the rest is pretty hard to figure out. The "ag.lim" might mean "agua limpio".

The "p" might be "potencia", which would make sense just before "40 kW".
That would make the whole thing so far:
"self-priming 40kW clean water di.b pump". Still can't figure out the "di" and the "b".

Actually, researching some more, the "p" is probably "presión", not "potencia". So it is a pressure pump, not a suction pump, and in that case the "b" is probably "baja" (baja presión).
The "di" is also probably "diesel".
So, my final guess would be:
"40kW self-priming low-pressure clean-water diesel pump".
