Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Aerospace / Aviation / Space / Ecuador//Letter re accident involving airplane while on ground
Spanish term or phrase: banda de equipajes
The term seems to refer to the conveyor on which baggage is placed after a plane lands and is towed into the airport gate.

In US English, would it be "baggage conveyer", "baggage conveyor belt" or something else?

Thank you.

baggage conveyor

Explanation:
also in the UK. However, the "banda de equipajes" is generic and refers to all baggage conveyors. I remember in Spanish (Spain), that part of the belt where arrivals claim their bags is called the "hipódromo", due to its shape.
