Go upstairs and clean the cabin as quickly as possible. When you are done, run back downstairs and begin loading all the HEAVY bags! On some flights it's 200 plus bags plus mail and freight (gotta squeeze every last inch of mail and freight in because we make more money on freight and mail per pound than we do on passengers.) Then if you're lucky there might be a few minutes to catch your breath before you push the plane out again. Then you get to do it all over again 7 more times that day. Oh yea,you might have to go over to another gate and work that gate.
So next time you have to wait at the gate for the ground crew, don't blame the Unions, blame AA Management for not having enough workers to do the job.
