Spanish term or phrase: caldo
Hola!

the dip / the solution
Explanation:
In line with my answer to your bañado question:

Recharge (top-up) the dip with Rovral at the listed label rate when required.
Where ***the dip*** is continuously used throughout the entire day, it may be necessary for the dip to be recharged 2 or 3 times (every 7-8 hours). In these circumstances, the continuous use of the dip will require fresh solution to be made up for each day of use.

  -> thanks

agree  María Teresa Taylor Oliver: This is probably it. I doubt that "broth" is used for fruit, and even then, it doesn't sound right in this context.

-> I agree with you, broth sounds odd in this context.

agree  MPGS: I think it's a pesticide solution :) ... :)

agree  Advance Communication: "dip" sounds good to me. Solution seems a bit "chemical", Obviously, it's a chemical.

broth, stock or syrup

Explanation:
Depends on context. If it's a soup type liquid - broth or consommé. If it's the juices derived from cooking meat - stock. If it's fruit, then probably - syrup. If it's vegetables, the best I can do now is - the water used in the cooking of the vegetables.

[reduced loss of] juice

Explanation:
Emboldened by the previous phrase, "mejor escurrido," I'm thinking that "caldo" is the juice of the fruit itself. Here is a definition from the DRAE: caldo ... 4. Agr. y Com. Cualquiera de los jugos vegetales destinados a la alimentacio'n, y directamente extrai'dos de los frutos. It is also the juice from sugarcane.
