Agriculture / Aquafarming
Spanish term or phrase: bancos naturales
Talking about the importance of the aquafarming sector in a region:

something like "natural fish stocks" perhaps?

natural fisheries
Explanation:

many thank to you both - I went on "fisheries" as the general term, with Hirselina's "beds" when it was clear that they were talking about mollusc production.

A real shame I couldnt share the points, but once again, many thanks

natural beds

Explanation:
For molluscs

I don't think it's as simply as that and more context would be needed.

The sentence you provide seems to be about "explotaciones de bancos naturales". For molluscs, this is translated as "farming natural beds" , it is somewhere inbetween gathering wild molluscs and farming. As far as I know, aquafarming is never referred to as "fisheries" and I would not use "natural fisheries", I don't think there is any reference to a school of fish in your text.

For fish, the term is "wild stock"
