El Secado final en máquinas “ Benthall “ con temperatura y niveles de humedad en pergamino constantemente controlados.
Finalmente, luego del trillado y la selección el café alcanza una humedad interna relativa de alrededor promedio de 11,5 %.


Pilado del pergamino, seleccionado y ensacado en propia finca ( origen ) para evitar cambios, mezclas o influencias negativas de terceras personas en nuestra calidad.

There are two references to "pergamino". I found references to parchment coffee and also to it refering to the "hull" . I can't make it make any sense. Any help would be greately appreciated.
