Spanish to English translations [PRO] Science - Agriculture | | Spanish term or phrase: Registro de Productos | Sorry-I can't use the format you're squeezing me into.
This is from a "Certificado de Registro issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of Guatemala. The first paragraph under "Certificado de Registro" reads, "Registro de Productos Veterinarios en base a lo que establece el Decreto 36-98 Ley de Sanidad Vegetal y Animal, y su Reglamento el Acuerdo Gubernativo 745-99 Capítulo VIII Articulos 59 y 62, así como el Acuerdo Ministerial 390-2006, emite el siguiente Certificado de Registro.
My difficulty with translating this sentence is not so much with the individual words or phrases, but the grammar. What is the subject of the two verbs, establece and emite? With that understanding, how would this sentence be rendered? |

| | Please see below | Explanation: I think the "Registro de productos veterinarios" is the subject for "emite" and "el Decreto 36-98...etc" is the subject(s) for "establece", meaning something like:
the Veterinary Product Registry, based on what is established by Decree...and...and...hereby issues the following registration certificate - good luck! |
