- La cosecha se realiza manual y mecánicamente y se carga en los vehículos usando alzadoras de uña. Los camiones con caña cortada llegan a la balanza electrónica situada a la entrada de la fábrica donde son pesados para pasar posteriormente a los patios de caña.
