I think they are referring to the discs that actually deposit the seed in the furrow/the ground, and this term generates a lot of hits. I don't think seed discs is wrong, but some planters have interchangeable rotary discs with appropriate size holes in the machine itself that allow the seed to fall through. But the things that actually put the seed in the ground are usually referred to as coulters, and I think that's what they're talking about here.

Explanation:
The kind of machinery use is usually referred to as "disk seeder". This would be the "seeder disk".
This is basically Patinba's answer with -er grafted onto it, so sue me. I didn't have enough room to wax lyrical about it in the agree section. Am not sure what the (apparently non sequitur) intention of the "neutral" posted is, (apparently non sequitur) ...
