Law/Patents - Agriculture / Spanish Royal Decree on producer organisations in agriculture | | Spanish term or phrase: para la cual se encuentre reconocida | This term comes from a letter from the Spanish ministry of Agriculture citing Real Decreto 16/2006, chapter 2 article 3. (1) which reads in full:
"Se entenderá como valor de la producción comercializada, en adelante VPC, el valor de la producción de los miembros de la organización de productores, para la cual se encuentre reconocida, calculado según lo dispuesto en el artículo 3 del Reglamento (CE) nº 1433/2003 y en este capítulo."
I can't work out what is being recognised, and by whom. Is the producer organisation recognised, or the production?

Explanation:
"la cual" refers to "la producción" the yield or production
And, the producers' organization is being acknowledged this "traded yield amount" or whatever terminology you are using.
Usually, in contracts, "reconocer" is "to acknowledge".
This is my understanding.
