Spanish term or phrase: Estanque de miel

Es posible observar que un tratamiento fitosanitario en la producción agrícola constituya una fuente de contaminación potencial en estanques de producción acuícola, de miel o de leche y más aun cuando en una sola unidad productiva o cercana entre sí coinciden los sistemas productivos.

This a technical annex, the country of origin is Mexico, it is a fairly technical explanation of systems to reduce the risk of contamination.

Where it says, "estanques de producción acuícola, de miel o de leche", it seems to me the sentence could be divided into "estanques de produccion de miel" and "estanques de produccion de leche". But it's obviously not "honey ponds", could anyone help with a translation?

Explanation:
I don't see the expression "Estanque de miel" (your question term) in your source text. It refers to 'estanques de producción' for three types of production: fish, honey and milk. In all three cases, 'estanque' is 'tank'.
