Spanish term or phrase: mujeres actualmente unidas

Gracias.

Clarification request(s) and response
Roman Orekhov (asker): 4:56pm Jun 2, 2004: further - in the text they have "mujeres unidas, sexualmente activas"
Y no es claro whether it's used as a synonim or as an additional clarification...
Roman Orekhov (asker): 5:13pm Jun 2, 2004: aclaracion - It's a text for one of the UN committees. Actually, I have to translate it from Spanish into Russian, but since the Spanish-Russian pair digamos.. isn't very active, I decided to post it here. Thanks!

Gracias, nothing.

I wonder why they didn\'t use \"currently sexually active\"

As you say, Roman, I would think that it is necessary to make some sort of a differentiation (as far as NOT LIMITED TO married women), because obviously birth control would benefit more than just married women.

And on that note, it would benefit ALL SEXUALLY ACTIVE women, whether they have a husband, a partner, or a different guy each week.
