I can't find any translation in reputable EN/US sites, only in translations from Spanish.
A las salas correspondientes en el subsuelo de la Plaza del Rey, se conservan restos de algunas domus romanas. Algunas de ellas están decoradas con pavimentos realizados con diferentes técnicas de mosaico. También se conservan restos de un cardo minor de la ciudad y parte del intervallum, la calle que reseguía interiormente el trazado de la muralla. (ver Ilustración 8)
In ancient Roman city planning, a cardo or cardus was a north-south-oriented street in cities, military camps, and colonia. Sometimes called the cardus maximus, the cardo served as the center of economic life. The street was lined with shops, merchants, and vendors.
Thanks both:-) I had no intention of translating, I needed to check that this was teh Latin, not a Spanish translation of the Latin:-) 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer

cardo minor (do not translate); means lesser street, avenue, road, pathway
Explanation: Cardo is a street or road; in Latin, the cardo maximus is the main street and the cardo minor is a lesser street or pathway. Today we would probably say major thoroughfare, minor thoroughfare. Because this is terminology from Latin, I would not translate it, although I might add a note of explanation in parentheses.
El espacio interior estaba cruzado por las dos calles principales, el cardo maximus y el decumanus maximus. En el punto donde se cruzaban estas dos vías, se abría el fórum , la plaza publica de la ciudad donde estaban establecidos los edificios de significación política y religiosa, el templo y la basílica.
Inside the city walls, the site centers around two main Roman streets: the Cardo and the Decumanus, positioned at right angles. The Decumanus Maximus leads from the Triple Gate to the intersection with the east-west Cardo. Along the way, on the visitor's left (north) is the remains of what was probably a second agora followed by the theater. http://www.sacred-destinations.com/turkey/pisidian-antioch.h...
