Spanish term or phrase:faro de leña
Hello,
This is a description about "Panorama del Monte Igueldo" in San Sebastian.
The sentence goes like this
"Dicho torreón también se hace llamar La Farola, por ser un antiguo faro de leña para navegantes perteneciente al siglo XVIII"
What could faro de lena mean and what about se hace llamar la farola, according to me the translation goes like this
" said tower also calls the lamp, as it is an old.................... for navigators from the XVIII century"
Not sure of this...any help much appreciated.
