Contexto:

"La distribución en planta coincide con la sección, identificándose cada espacio con una sección característica:
- restaurante: la “c” que vuelve acogiendo el comedor en un espacio envuelto bañado por la luz difusa del lucernario,
- cafetería y tienda: la sección abovedada de la “a” en la cafetería y la media bóveda en la tienda
- gasolinera: la marquesina que se dobla en un paramento en forma de “r”."

Explanation:
For a building, "floor layout" would be the usual equivalent, but here, in a service station, I think "site layout" is more suitable, since it includes outdoor elements (the "gasolinera" itself).
