Explanation: Well, I'm not a native speaker, but I think this could do the trick. "Desfondar" means literally to remove the bottom of something. If you do this with "the abyss of sublimity" it means that you are taking sublimity itself beyond its limits. Hard to know anyway what this really means. Hope it helped. Good luck. ;-)
