ATIME seems to an organisation, possibly an NGO, associated with 'intolerance', 'racism' or similar.

'Saharauis' probably refers to people from the desert area originally, but I need to confirm if it's used in Spain as a global term to refer to North Africans, and any other 'insightful' info relating to the term.

I'm doing this job as a volunteer, and its semi-political, semi-legal language is confusing; I also need to be aware of the connotations of a lot of words used in the text, and have to be careful with interpretations. Any help with these and the previous/future terms submitted is very much appreciated.

Explanation:
it is indeed used in spain but not to refer to north-africans who are magrebís. Saharaui are people from the Sahara, previously a spanish colony. they were abandoned to their fate by the spanish government in the 70's when morocco demanded the return of the territory,and are now under Moroccan rule. they have a long-standing struggle to achieve independence and create their own state. In Spain, they are usually refered to as el pueblo Saharaui.
