1) La solucion es que la transmision, *o es publica, pero separada de empresas de generacion o de distribucion, o en el accionariado participan tanto la mayoria* de las empresas distribuidoras como las generadoras. Es decir, la transparencia en su funcionamiento viene determinada *ya sea por el ejercicio de sus competencias desde el Estado y sin relacion accionarial alguna con otras companias del sector, ya sea porque en su accionariado intervienen todos los agentes del sistema.*

2) Es de destacar las ineficiencias que *arrojaria para el pais la disposicion de mas de un sistema de transmision*, razon por la que en la mayoria de los paises este es unico.

That is to say, the transparency in its operation comes from either they exerting their competition which emanates from the State and without having stockholding relationship to other companies in the sector, either because its stock is shared between all the agents intervening in the system . * 2) It is to be highlighted the inefficiencies resulting for the country from the deployment of more than one transmission system *, reason why there is one and only one in most of the countries.

Explanation:
1) The solution is that transmission is public, but separated from distribution and generaton companies. That is, the transparency of their operations is determined by the execution of their competences from the State and bearing no stock relationship with other companies from the sector, because all the agents of the system intervene in the stocks.

2) It is worth highlighting the deficiencies which the imposition of more than one transmission system would have for the country; that is why this system is the only one in most countries.
