Hello. If it's a contract that's got to be un "apartado del contrato", therefore a "paragraph", where especifications are made. Now, if this "aparte" refers to some added note at the end of the contract, then you may try "appendix", but I doubt it, as it seems too important not to include in the main body of the contract. Depending on the context and the country your translation comes from.

If Spain, "aparte" most likely refers to an addendum, where additional scope of work is described.
