Spanish term or phrase: aparte
Las obras a las que se refier este APARTE consisten en las reparaciones necesarias......
(Se trata de un contrato para la construcción de una carretera)
Maria Paz
paragraph
Explanation:
Hello. If it's a contract that's got to be un "apartado del contrato", therefore a "paragraph", where especifications are made. Now, if this "aparte" refers to some added note at the end of the contract, then you may try "appendix", but I doubt it, as it seems too important not to include in the main body of the contract. Good luck with it cheers :-)

APARTE = Paragraph

Explanation:
according to the Larousse: aparte = Párrafo, cada una de las divisiones de un escrito. Thus = paragraph.

besides may be aparte in other instances, but not here.
One has to see what it means exactly. Good luck

"addendum" ; "paragraph"

Explanation:
Depending on the context and the country your translation comes from.

If Spain, "aparte" most likely refers to an addendum, where additional scope of work is described.

If Latin America, I think "paragraph" is the correct word, and the other guys have done an excellent job by suggesting this term.

Good luck

article, paragraph, section

Explanation:
I have arranged these options alphabetically so as not prejudice your choice. The preponderance of answers in this thread favors "paragraph." There is strength in number, but you may also want to consider other appropriate alternatives.
