Explanation: Dear Ailish, Arroz caldoso is Soggy Rice (rice with soup) - in this case, Soggy Rice with Seafood Arroz a Banda is a wonderful sort of rice which is served in a large plate. Please do not translate it since it has no exact translation: Arroz a Banda with Lobsters The same for Arroz Ciego, leave it as it is since there\'s no way to translate it :) ---> Arroz Ciego with Crustaceans Hope it helped a bit!!!
