Automotive / Cars & Trucks | | Spanish term or phrase: acabado | "Finish" doesn't seem to make much sense here, they're talking about three different versions of the same model car, but describing the features of the car, not it's exterior...

Without knowing more of the context maybe this might need the use of "package" as if relating to the "accessories".
