My thinking is that the translation seems to be about trailer hitch mechanisms, and the list consists of types of trailer, with a focus on bulk materials.
I searched for variations on chipear and chipiar and found that chipeados can mean wood chippings, as used in bio-mass boiler for example. I also found that while there are more hits for chipear than chipiar, chipiar is not uncommon.
So that's as far as I've got, but I hope it's a useful line of enquiry, that seems to fit the context well. |
