Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Automotive / Cars & Trucks / registro de conductor
Spanish term or phrase: F.O.
This is in a driver´s record in the Car Division of New Mexico, and is the title of a column of numbers and letters underneath, eg. 01A, 17A, each followed by a date. Could it be "Falta Ocurrida" or something similar followed by the code/clause referred to of the sanction. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Oficina Local (Field Office)
Explanation:

"01A Santa Fe MVD (Field office)
2544 Camino Edward Ortiz (Address)
Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507
Attention: Cash Control Section (Attention: Cash Control)
Report # 250 (Report Number)
Mail To State of New Mexico
Motor Vehicle Division
P.O. Box 1028
Santa Fe, New Mexico 87504"

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you very much for your help. I had just been looking at the MVD´s pages and had spotted "Field Office" as a possibility but couldn´t find any reference to the 01A, etc. so now you´ve confirmed it for me I am really very grateful. Thanks again.

A guess, as there is a lack of context. It is also confusing if "F.O." are Spanish letters or English
