Spanish term or phrase: enclavamiento

I am translating a car manual and there is a section on the remote control for the locking system and one sentence says 'Bloquea y bloquea con enclavamiento el vehículo'. I think this means 'lock and central lock the vehicle'. Is this correct? Thanks for your advice.

Thanks. I ended up using ignition interlocking which seemed to cover the meaning and is a phrase which is used quite a lot where cars and locking are concerned.
