Una consecuencia de la falta de regulación de la endocitosis y la exocitosis en células FQ y la falata de acidificación suficiente en sus organelas puede ser la existencia de posibles fallas en las modificaciones post-traduccionales y en el tránsito del CFTR a la membrana.
Mi duda es con relación a "el tránsito del CFTR a la membrana". Es correcto si lo traduzco como CFTR traffic to the membrane?
