Se trata de una tesis sobre fibrosis quística. En una de sus partes dice lo siguiente:
"Los comportamientos del trans-Golgi son 0,5 unidades de pH mas alcalinos en las células FQ. Las diferencias significativas de pH observadas entre las células FQ y no FQ en la región trans-golgi y en los compartimientos pre-lisosomales sugieren que este transporte de C1 es mediado por CFTR.
Cómo puedo traducir "los comporatmientos del trans-golgi en este contexto?

NOT "comportamiento" (behaviour) sino "compartimento". Si el error resulta ser del autor de la tesis, cabe una revision minuciosa de la misma.

in CF cells is 0.5 units more alkaline than those in non-CF cells

agree  neilmac: El "comportamientos" de la consulta parece un error. Será "compartimentos", no?

  -> es posible, en realidad el "comportamiento" se debe a la defectividad de CFTR normalmente funciona como regulador de acidificacion en canales de Cl, asi que en celulas con FQ al no funcionar bien crean un ambiente alcalino

agree  Lourdes Sanchez: your first link is brokenand your second like describes how complex the TGN is. I think it would be very risky to talk about behaviour in such a complex structure. The focus here is CF not the TGN
