OK , here it goes... Explanation: This makes perfect sense to me but I too am having a problem putting it in English financial lingo - it's been a long day and I'm tired -BUT here, I'll bat it around and maybe you will come up with the correct wording. What they're talking about is everyone signing and thereby showing that they're all on the same page - the same accord. .........to create a single draft is I guess how I'd put it. per.............copy Explanation: I don't know exactly what all that dots mean, but it seems to be intended to clarify that it has to be signed for each copy, "por ejemplar" would be translated also as "per item" (maybe tehe contract refers to a sort of items)or maybe "specimen signature" Hope it helps.
