Explanation:
Mutua has the meanings: mutual, reciprocal, joint.

You say the two companies "anticipate setting up another company", so maybe it's a joint loan taken out by BOTH companies, with all repsonsibilities etc shared.

The big Q here is WHO is getting the interest or paying it. One of the two companies, or a third party? Once that's resolved then you could decide which is the correct translation.

I suggest 'joint' as a possible alternative to the previous contributions:
