Board Member and Prosecretary Explanation: Board member is one thing and Prosecretary another, two jobs done by the same chap (one salary less!). Secretary of the Board Explanation: This is SECRETARY TO THE BOARD not to be confised with the standard secretary. The Secretary to the Board (all Boards of Directors have them) is a member of the Board itself, as wellas having special responsibility for the general administration required by law, i.e. convoking meetings in the legal way, and taking the minutes which are very important legal documents. this is the standard GB translation. |

I forgot Explanation: Vocal also means 'spokesperson' and in this case it would mean he 'spoke for' or 'represented' the Board in legal dealings (e.g. he must sign all documents that may be legally valid). However, I still prefer Secretary of the Board (this is so you have all options in front of you) |
