'Capitalisation' smacks of Spanglish to me, yet the context is not that clear. I think the person interested in the 'participación' is offering to 'buy' the other co's debts - so that co. ends up having its money quicker. In other words, it converts the 'receivables' into ready cash (capital) for the other paty, who would normally have to wait - months? Capital can have in fact many meanings.

I suggest:

X is analysing the (possible) advantages of acquiring a significant share in the project -

1.via purchase of the receivables resulting from
2.via payment of an amount equivalent to the receivables resulting from

(construction?) work (works?) carried out...

Ailish, muy buena tu intuición. Resulta que el cliente (el famoso consorcio) piensa comprar las cuentas por cobrar a las otras compañías involucradas. Sé que Capitalization of Accounts Receivable está bien técnicamente, pero con tu explicación entendí las intenciones del cliente.
