La sociedad XXXXXX en España, cesó su actividad en el ejercicio 2000 procediendo a vender y dar de baja todos sus activos fijos y existencias así como la rescisión de las relaciones laborales que mantenía con sus trabajadores. De esta forma, en el ejercicio 2001 careció de actividad, limitándose a gestionar el cobro y pago de sus partidas de circulante, así como de invertir sus disponibilidades financieras.
