fianza

English translation: performance bond is correct for "fianza" in this

Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial
Spanish term or phrase: fianza
How would you handle "fianza" in the following?
"Con el fin de garantizar sus diferentes obligaciones...XXX contratará la siguiente fianza:"
Under the above, I find this line:
"Para garantizar sus obligaciones, XXX obtendrá una fianza de suministro satisfactoria en todos sus términos...
It's just that "bond" or "surety" sound wrong here & it certainly isn't "bail". All
suggestions are welcome.
Can you stand one more?--
"...a la celebración de este contrato en la que se base cada parte...
I am looking for a neat way to express "en la que se base"
Thanks very much to everyone!!

surety bond to guarantee a satisfactory delivery of...

Explanation:
(or not of) depending on the context. I think the rest could be: acceptable to both parties or ...to which both parties are in agreement. Is this enough in the quoted context? Otherwise...which satisfactorily reflects the understanding of both parties.
¡Saludos!
