Spanish term or phrase: Previsión Social - Seguro Social

Estoy traduciendo al inglés el balance de una empresa mexicana, y me encuentro con estos dos términos bastante conocidos. El problema para mí es que entiendo que Previsión Social se refiere a la jubilación y seguro social al cuidado médico, y si traduzco ambos como Social Security, la gente pensará que hay un error. A menos que para Previsión Social ponga Social Security Pension Fund. ¿Qué proponen ustedes?
