An equivalent English term does not exist. Whether you should invent one or not is a legitimate question, but a good thing to know is that the concept has been referred to in English using the term in its Spanish form with a simple intralinear explanation.
Please look at the following excerpt from a document issued by the World Bank, Centre For Latin American Monetary Studies, Western Hemisphere Payments And Securities Clearance And Settlement Initiative, entitled, “Payments And Securities Clearance And Settlement Systems In Argentina”:
“The number of checking accounts, savings accounts and time deposits has increased significantly (Table B2). However, access by the population to banking services, often referred to in Argentina as “bancarización”, is still low relative to other industrialized countries.”

As you can see, the document explains the concept of bancarización as “access by the population to banking services,” which is consonant with the definition provided by trans4u. However, the World Bank document does not purport to translate the concept.
I think that is a pretty sound approach.
