Parcela de terreno en el término municipal de [ ], en el Sector [ ] de Ordenación Urbana del Municipio; con forma de [ ] y una superficie de [ ] y que LINDA: Al Norte, [ ]; al Sur, [ ]; al Oeste, [ ]; al Este, [ ].
What does 'con forma de' mean hear. They are hardly referring to the 'shape' of the plot. Or are they? In the event they are, could anybody suggest non-awkward ways of phrasing this.
