Can anybody tell me what is the difference between these two terms and how I should translate them? Many thanks! |

I was actually tempted to read this in the context of technology, patents and licenses, but it is possible this has to do with public utilities (energy, water) for which concessions are granted for operation/exploitation. I'm just suggesting this to be safe. |
