I am working on a job description for a technical buyer. Is this ANSI N45?

Here is the context:

"Conocimiento del proceso de cotización de acuerdo a montos, cotiza siempre a N45, ..."

My attempt at the English:
"Be familiar with the quotation process based on prices, always tie quotes to N45, ..."

Thanks. I'd found some mention of ANSI N45, but not a close enough link to what I'm working on. And, as jsavage recommended (and I had done in my version, above, I will not *add* "ANSI" to my translation. I just wanted to make sure that "N45" indeed made sense as I was translating it.
Thanks to everyone.

N45

Explanation:
I think I'd be tempted to leave it as N45. (Maybe in another part of the text you'll come across another reference that might help).
Cheers.
