clinics see below Explanation: It's me again - I just gave you the rest home/sanatorium answer. I'm from Mexico and this is what they are in Mexico but I was just talking to a friend from Panama (and brought it up because the whole Argentina thing kinda bugged me - terminology is different in different dialects) and she said that in Panama a sanatorio is a clinic (as she put it, a "not quite a hospital") so I had to look you back up and "avisarte" because I don't want to steer you wrong.
