Aqui en Mexico se maneja mucho el termino pedimiento de importacion o pedimento de exportacion. La traduccion correcta que se usa en aduanas es "Import Paper" para el Pedimento de Importacion y "Export Paper" para el Pedimento de Importacion.

Custom's declaration o Declaracion Aduanal o Declaracion de Aduana no es lo mismo. Este documento es el que se utiliza cuando un pasajero que arriba a Mexico, este esta obligado a declarar si trae mercancia distinta a en su equipaje, dinero, animales, medicamento etc. Pero no es un documento legal de importacion como el pedimento.
