En septiembre de 1997, ingresa a esta compañía en donde está hasta marzo del 2004. Inicia como Gerente de la Demanda en el área de Nutrición que incluía Choco Milk y otros productos de fórmulas infantiles. Reportaba a un Director General y tenía a su cargo a 85 personas en almacenes y a 15 administrativos, era responsable de toda la operación de inventarios y de la relación con el área comercial para definir las necesidades del producto.

Después de año y medio de ocupar esta posición es promovido como Gerente del Centro Maestro de Distribución, a él le toca reconvertir un almacén de 3 mil metros cuadrados a un centro de distribucón de 20 mil metros cuadrados, controlando inventarios, surtimiento de órdenes, transportación a través de terceros, servicio al cliente y como responsable de la definición de los sistemas de trabajo.

Su principal logro aquí fue el diseñar un modelo para entregas más eficiente y mejorar los niveles de Fill Rate. Por otro lado exportaba también a Centroamérica y Caribe.

En el año 2002, es promovido como Director de Distribución con responsabilidad a nivel nacional con el objetivo de reestructurar todos los Cedis a nivel nacional, por lo cual inicia e implementa un proyecto para centralizar bodegas en un espacio de 40 mil metros cuadrados.
