Spanish to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general)
Spanish term or phrase:exigir cuentas de lo actuado (MEXICO)
This phrase occurs in the minutes of a meeting of a Mexican S.A. de C.V. company, in one of the items on the agenda for the meeting.
CONTEXT: "Validación y renuncia a ***exigir cuentas de lo actuado*** desde la constitución de la sociedad hasta la fecha."
This item comes right after the resignation of several board members and the naming of new board members to replace them.
I did NOT want to close this question, since I consider that it is very rude for someone to do that without accepting one of the answers. In this case, I don't think any of the answers given so far really fit the context, so the logical thing is to leave it open. But the ridiculous rules of PROZ do not allow me to leave this question open any longer (I have more than 10 open questions...). Therefore I am forced to close it, and offer my apologies to everyone who gave it their best shot. Thank you for your efforts and suggestions.
