Spanish term or phrase: inversion finalista
Apparently the term is used in Spain and refers to some kind of long term investment. The context is commercial real estate but I don't think it is limited to this area.

"En el caso de productos de inversión finalistas se descarta la realización de una licitación o concurso ya que los inversores quieren saber exactamente el punto de cierre mínimo que exige la propiedad."
