This comes from a contract regarding the issue of debt certificates.

CONTEXT: "En las referidas juntas corresponderá a cada Tenedor un voto por el máximo común divisor del saldo insoluto de cada Título de Deuda de la emisión o serie, según corresponda."

Any suggestions as to what "máximo común divisor" might mean in this context? It just doesn't seem to make any sense here, to me.
