Spanish term or phrase: consolidable
a sentence in an employment contract says that "la retribución tiene el carácter de consolidable"... i kind of get the idea, but have no idea how to state it in english, and even less so in a word or two!

Explanation:
I believe that what they mean is that the (basic) salary/wage/payment can be "consolidated", ie . increased by bonus payments, expenses allowances, perks, etc...
There are several possible ways to express this.
