Hola, tengo que traducir lo siguiente y, la verdad, no tengo mucha idea, ¿me puede ayudar alguien?

"Las Facturas serán abonadas de la siguiente forma:

Mediante pagaré a 90 días FECHA FACTURA. La fecha de vencimiento se ajustará para que coincida con el día 5 o 20 del mes de vencimiento."

Mi humilde tentativa:

"Invoices will be paid according to the following procedure:

By 90 days promissory note starting from INVOICE DATE. Expiration date will adjust to 5th or 20th within the expiration month."
